Welcome To The South Bronx

It’s been almost 30 years since the Hip Hop culture has been around. It started in the fall of 1979 and has evolved into what it is today. The Sugarhill Gang has inspired every artist & MC that are out today. From KRS-One to Run DMC, from Eric B. & Rakim to Nas. Hip Hop itself is not just the music or the people in it. It is everything! It’s Graffiti, Breaking, Beats & Rhymes, it’s a culture.  There’s a BIG difference between Hip Hop & Rap. Rap is everything that has to do with Gangstas & Thugs, From the Jewelry you have to the cars that you drive. Now Hip Hop on the other hand is what you been through & your lyrical abilities. Hip Hop has come a long way from where it was at. People said it wouldn’t last this long they sed it would fade out like Rock & Roll, but its still here to this day.
